The new Simphony check finder function, gives you enhanced controls to adjust closed checks or manage open checks.
To open the check finder, head into the functions:
Then tap the check finder button:
You will be presented with the main interface:
You have many options to filter and find checks.
Filter open/closed:
Filter by order type:
You can search a specific name in any view by using the search bar on the top right, and pressing OK. See example with the name with guest named TOM:
When selecting a check, you will have the option to reprint, reopen, or adjust closed check:
- Reopen closed check: You can void payment and adjust any item.
- Adjust closed check: You can only adjust the payment.
Go back to the previous screen with the "Close" button:
