Recall action
Use this button to bring items back to the screen that have been bumped.
When using this button will prompt this view:
While selecting order to recall, you will have a list showing you this info for each order:
- Table number
- Order type
- Check name or number
- items that you will recall.
After selecting, confirm by tapping the tick mark:
If the same chit contains more than one item, you will have to recall all items in that chit as shown in the list.
Items must be recalled from chef screen, or in spy mode to a chef screen. When recalling from Expo, the chefs will not see the item on their screen.
Spy function
To view another screen use the spy button:
This will open the displays list. Choose the screen you want to spy and tap the checkmark to continue:
While spying, the display name will flash yellow and red:
While in remote view you cannot use printers. You can use spy from expo to chef screen to recall items.
When recalling, you must spy the same chef position that was making the pasta, otherwise the order will not be displayed in another station.
Display check
To display the full order, use the display check function:
When you select a chit and use this function, you will be able to have the whole order at a glimpse:

How to complete an order
When an order is ready, the chit should have all items green and the box flashing with dotted line (see above), the runner can select the entire chit, by tapping the top part of the chit, and use the "bump chk" button
Bump chk:
This will clear the entire check.
Item priority
To prioritize an item, use the priority button:
This will send the item to the top of the list and add the priority icon:
Chefs flow
Select item, and look for the gray highlight for item:
2. Start cooking with the orange cook button:
3. Once done use the bump button to clear the item from your screen, and signal expo runner that item is done.
Note: Bumping without cooking will result in wrong behavior, the other chefs will still see the food on other screens.
Recipe viewer
- Select item, and look for the gray highlight for item:
2. Use the recipe viewer button:
3. Your recipe will be displayed:
You can also open recipe viewer without selecting an item and use the item list on the right to select any recipe.
- Highlight an item from the list. Items are ordered alphabetically:
