Oracle Simphony will only hold checks on the till for 14 days. If you need to retrieve a VAT receipt older than that follow the steps:
- Go on Oracle reporting and analytics platform on a browser and log in
- Click on Guest checks
3. Fill in the search criteria and click "Search", find the transaction and click the check number to open it. You can also use the sorting headers to search more easily.
4. On the check overview, click "view journal" to open the page containing VAT receipt
