If you've received a phishing message, the best you can do is to report it by "Report Message" icon in your desktop Outlook app. This will do 3 important things in 1-click: delete the message from your mailbox, report it to Vapiano security systems, and report it to Microsoft global anti-spam filters (so your report will automatically help others).
- Choose (single click) the email that you want to report and click on "Report Message" icon in top menu bar (or double-click the message to open it a separate window)
- In the newly opened window look for “Report Message”
- Click on it and choose “Phishing”
